Sense of Relief and Satisfaction

At last, I am done with that essay, 'The Intelligent Woman's Guide to Inflation". I have a feeling of relief and satisfaction. I started my day with too many disappointments beginning with my newly purchased cell phone not working, inability to bring money for my breakfast, absence of key to open our office and my laptop not able to connect to Internet.   

After teaching a 6 year old boy and writing that essay, I have a sense of accomplishment this day. I am now waiting for three Korean fathers for our English lesson. We are now on Chapter 11 and I think I now have to prepare for our class.

An Angel Rescued Me

Yu Chundosanim is like an angel sent by the Lord to help me. She asked early this morning how was my purchased of hand phone. I told her my difficulty in understanding the phone. She instructed me how to use it until I was able to call to the Philippines. She also helped me fix my Internet connection and that's why I can blog now.  

New Day

Today, I can start a new day. I am almost tempted to think that I woke up from the wrong side of the bed. I didn't want to get up. My body was heavy. I felt sad.

I am thinking maybe somebody in the office can help me understand how my hand phone works. Perhaps the money I spent is not wasted after all. If not, I can keep it until I return to the Philippines. My kids would have plenty of ways to use this phone. It could be a great toy for them.
